Retail Sales Manager - Remote Opportunity with Cosentino

About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Cosentino. This Retail Sales Manager remote position will focus on enhancing our strategy and client relationships, ensuring the sales and promotion of our innovative Cosentino products. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones, understanding their needs to meet both short- and long-term expectations. Your efforts will help us deliver the best service possible while generating demand through effective care and service across various sales channels.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively present to customers.
• Present and sell Cosentino products and services to current and potential clients in remodeling, home improvement, cabinet making, and fabrication.
• Oversee overall sales performance within your assigned territory.
• Ensure customers have the necessary marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and display towers.
• Manage customer relationships by addressing client concerns, ensuring proper setup in the CRM system, providing price quotes, and scheduling weekly visits.
• Increase market share by enhancing the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within your territory.
• Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
• Collaborate with Cosentino Corporate staff and other Account Managers to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years of proven ability to interact with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.
• Experience with customer databases, Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of stone fabrication or distribution is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in kitchen and bath sales.
• Familiarity with interior design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with K&B stores and fabricators.
