About the Role

As a Remote Blockchain/Web3 Developer, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your skills in Solana and EVM ecosystems, working with cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Develop and integrate smart contracts using Solana (Anchor/Rust) and Solidity for various blockchain applications.
• Implement backend solutions using Node.js and TypeScript SDKs to enhance functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with a distributed team to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Utilize your expertise in escrow, milestone payments, and dispute resolution patterns to create robust solutions.
• Conduct smart contract audits and maintain a security-first mindset throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the blockchain/Web3 domain.
• Proficiency in Solana (Anchor/Rust) and EVM (Solidity) ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of escrow systems, milestone payments, and dispute resolution.
• Experience with TypeScript SDK development and backend integration (Node.js).
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a distributed team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WebSocket for real-time updates.
• Familiarity with Helius or QuickNode for event indexing.
• Background in fintech or marketplace platforms.
