About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote B2B Marketing Manager to join Ajax Systems, a leading international tech company in the security industry. As a Remote B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales growth and strengthening partnerships across various regions. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive B2B sales growth and strengthen partnerships within the assigned region.
• Plan, manage, and execute targeted marketing campaigns aligned with the Regional Business Plan and overall company strategy.
• Lead all B2B marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the Business Development Team, including promotions, trade shows, webinars, and partner motivation programs.
• Exercise strategic decision-making on regional marketing activities to support sales objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and financial outcomes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and ROI.
• Develop, localize, and maintain marketing materials and tools, while contributing to the creation of partner development resources.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing policies within the distribution network, ensuring effective utilization of marketing assets.
• Act as a regional ambassador, sharing local market insights and partner feedback with the global marketing team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is a plus.
• Background in the security industry is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in planning and executing successful product or market launches.
• Deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and the full marketing mix.
• Proactive, open-minded, and results-driven professional with an ambitious yet easy-going approach.
• Willingness to travel across the LATAM region.
