About the Role

We're hiring a Remote AWS Technical Architect to join our innovative team at NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AWS and AI technologies to drive transformative solutions for our clients. As a key player in our organization, you'll be at the forefront of redefining business through advanced cloud solutions and AI integration.

What You'll Do

• Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture customers.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify the need for transitioning to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, enhancing agent experience and productivity.
• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable cloud architectures that meet client needs.
• Drive innovation by developing advanced AI-powered bots and solutions using the latest generative AI technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure NeuraFlash remains a leader in AI and cloud solutions.
• Participate in client meetings to present architectural designs and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an AWS Technical Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect and cloud architecture.
• Experience with AI technologies and their application in business processes.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce integration and services.
• Familiarity with conversational AI and predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
