Remote Automation QA Tester for Enterprise Application

About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Automation QA Tester to join an Absence and Disability product line supporting a large, client-facing enterprise application. As a remote Automation QA Tester, you will be embedded on one of four feature teams, working closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases across a critical platform.

What You'll Do

• Execute API, UI, UAT, and black-box testing across new features and enhancements.
• Validate functionality, data integrity, and end-to-end user workflows in a client-facing application.
• Participate in UAT cycles, partnering with business and product teams to confirm requirements are met.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers through resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.
• Collaborate as part of an Agile feature team delivering frequent releases.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with API testing.
• Strong experience in UI and UAT testing.
• Solid understanding of black-box testing methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of the full testing lifecycle from requirements through release.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or client-facing applications.
• Exposure to automation frameworks or test strategy development.
