About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and automation. In this role, you will be instrumental in automating all internal processes across various departments including operations, project management, HR, sales, and marketing. This freelance position offers clear tasks and payment for completion, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role after an initial three-month period.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the CEO and multiple departments to identify automation opportunities.
• Build automations and improve processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Document processes and measure the impact of improvements.
• Engage in long-term cooperation with the organization.
• Utilize your solid experience with Clay and familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools.
• Comfortably handle scripting, SQL queries, and APIs.
• Communicate effectively in English (B2+ level) with team members and stakeholders.
• Focus on achieving organizational goals through self-directed and collaborative efforts.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Clay is a must-have.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools.
• Comfortable with scripting, SQL queries, and APIs.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ level).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Focus on organizational goals and process improvement.
