Remote Automation Engineer - Power Automate Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Remote Automation Engineer to join our innovative team at Brigital. As a key player in our organization, you will design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Copilot Studio. This role offers the flexibility of working fully remote or from our offices in Amsterdam or Cape Town, allowing you to choose the environment that best suits your work style.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Integrate various SaaS platforms such as Xero and Monday with internal databases to streamline business processes.
- Utilize Power Automate and Copilot Studio to create error-resilient automations.
- Collaborate with the founder and a community of automation, BI, and AI specialists on diverse projects.
- Continuously expand your technical skills and operational knowledge through hands-on experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation workflows using Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, SharePoint, and Azure/Entra AD.
- Experience with at least 3 projects utilizing Copilot Studio.
- Proficient in integrating multiple SaaS tools via APIs or connectors.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interpret complex API documentation and troubleshoot integration issues independently.
- Experience in implementing structured error handling, retry logic, validation, and monitoring within automations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with business process mapping, workflow design, and data flow logic.
- Experience with Power Apps.
- Previous work experience in a Development Agency or Consultancy.
