What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the EMEA region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities.
