In this role, you will focus on the games category, driving engagement and ensuring creators have the necessary resources to thrive. This Remote Account Director position offers the chance to build and strengthen relationships within the gaming community while advocating for our company in a competitive funding landscape.

What You'll Do

• Build and strengthen relationships with creators in the gaming community.
• Track creator interactions using CRM, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Own relationships with top-tier creators and collaborate with success teams.
• Develop and refine category-specific educational resources.
• Identify opportunities to educate and empower creators.
• Establish relationships with institutions and partners in the creative ecosystem.
• Contribute to strategies for industry events and network with creators.
• Support the development and rollout of new product features.
• Collaborate with marketing on feature showcases and success stories.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the gaming industry.
• 3 years of experience with crowdfunding.
• Expert understanding of the platform and related systems.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to evaluate creativity and innovation in projects.
• Bonus points for personal experience as a creator in the gaming sector.

• Experience in managing large-scale gaming projects.
