About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Vice President - Remote Sales Leadership to join Cloudera, a leader in data management and analytics. As a Regional Vice President, you will manage a team of sales professionals, focusing on expanding our customer base and achieving significant revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to address customer needs and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend product lines based on market trends.
- Oversee large-scale transactions and drive the closing of significant deals.

Requirements
- At least 15 years of sales experience in enterprise software.
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and exceeding quotas.
- Experience in fast-growing environments with resource constraints.
- Strong ability to motivate and lead team members.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of selling complex products and solutions.
