Regional Partner Director – DACH (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Partner Director – DACH (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Camunda. As a leader in enterprise agentic automation, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating complex business processes across agents, people, and systems. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of delivering trusted AI agents for business-critical processes.

What You'll Do

• Manage named partners in the DACH region to assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding business targets, including Regional SIs, GSIs, and Resellers.
• Selectively recruit, onboard, and develop partners in the assigned territory.
• Execute go-to-market plans with managed partners, oversee onboarding, pipeline development, and marketing plans.
• Articulate the Camunda vision, technology, and value proposition to current and prospective partners.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive effective collaboration in sales engagements with partners.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7-10 years of field sales experience in a Channel or direct sales capacity.
• Proven track record of leading partner engagement plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage Salesforce reporting and pipeline management.
• Ability to travel if needed.

• Background in intelligent automation or BPM market space, with international experience a plus.
• Strong executive presence and proven ability to lead executive interactions with partners.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
