About the Role

We’re hiring a Regional Network Transformation Director to lead a pivotal modernization program for a leading telecommunications operator in the Caribbean. This role is based in Jamaica and requires relocation. As a Regional Network Transformation Director remote, you will combine your technical expertise and business acumen to drive strategic initiatives that enhance network capabilities across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex telecommunications transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee core network transformation projects, including CS, PS, IMS, and packet core.
  • Manage RAN deployments and fixed access networks to improve service delivery.
  • Implement transport and IP/MPLS networks to enhance connectivity.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships with companies like Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in telecommunications transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in core networks, RAN, transport, and fixed networks.
  • Proven experience managing outsourced delivery models and regional projects.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.

  • Experience with large-scale regional programs.
  • Strong background in contract negotiation and commercial governance.
