About the Role

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Redis and Valkey, focusing on performance tuning and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in software development, particularly with Redis and Valkey.
• Strong knowledge of C and Rust programming languages.
• Experience with cloud technologies and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in database administration and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MongoDB and SQL Server Data Tools.
• Experience in technical team management and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analytics and solution architecture.
