Recruiting Specialist - Lateral Associates EME (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist - Lateral Associates EME (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Latham & Watkins, a global law firm renowned for its commitment to excellence. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our Associate Recruiting team, driving full-cycle lateral associate recruitment across Europe and the Middle East. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid working schedule that combines both in-office and remote work, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Partner with the Associate Recruiting Manager to implement effective recruiting strategies and initiatives, providing operational insights and market feedback.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with approved search firms, ensuring compliance with firm policies and fee arrangements.
• Support interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding activities, collaborating closely with HR and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and produce regular recruitment reports and metrics.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, prioritizing competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of lateral associate recruitment practices within a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
