Recruiting Coordinator - Hybrid Role at TerraPower
About the Role

What You'll Do
- Manage Outlook calendar and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for effective scheduling.
- Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Communicate with candidates through various channels, including email and phone.
- Problem-solve technical difficulties and other issues that arise during the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to enhance the candidate experience and improve processes.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meals for visiting candidates.
- Process travel and expense reimbursements efficiently.
- Maintain candidate records and job postings in various recruiting applications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably as a recruiting coordinator.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Confluence, and ATS tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the nuclear or energy sector.
- Knowledge of various Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices.
