About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at BlueCrest Capital Management. This Receptionist role is crucial for ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. You will be part of a dynamic Administration department that plays a key role in the smooth operation of our London office.
What You'll Do
- Manage the London office reception, greeting clients and visitors with a warm welcome.
- Book guests and visitors into the building management system, ensuring smooth access.
- Notify company staff of visitor arrivals and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain the tidiness and presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Arrange local and international couriers, taxis, and private car bookings.
- Handle general office administration duties, including managing security access passes.
- Compile daily access control reports and liaise with building management and contractors.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or in Front of House roles, preferably in Financial Services or Hospitality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Presentable, punctual, reliable, and proactive.
- A self-starter with effective problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Knowledge of building management systems.
- Additional languages spoken.
