We are looking for a Real Estate Showing Agent - Remote to join our team at Showami. This role is perfect for licensed real estate agents who want to earn extra income by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, and Open Houses. As a Real Estate Showing Agent - Remote, you will have the flexibility to work independently while accessing a network of real estate professionals.
What You'll Do
- Assist with buyer and rental showings in the Lake Tahoe area.
- Complete light inspection reports to ensure properties are presented well.
- Conduct Open Houses to showcase properties to potential buyers.
- Earn an average of $34 or more per task performed.
- Receive tips for exceptional service and job performance.
- Utilize your access to the MLS for property listings and showings.
- Show homes using an electronic lockbox for secure access.
- Maintain your current brokerage affiliation while working with Showami.
Requirements
- Must be a currently licensed real estate agent in the Lake Tahoe area.
- Access to the MLS is required for property listings.
- Experience showing homes in the Lake Tahoe region is necessary.
- Ability to use an electronic lockbox for home access.
- Willingness to schedule and show homes as needed.
- Unlicensed agents can apply for licensing assistance.
