Quality Control Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet established quality standards, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and compliance with internal and external requirements.

What You'll Do

• Conduct quality inspections at incoming goods, production, and pre-shipment stages.
• Ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
• Document and analyze inspection results.
• Identify, analyze, and report deviations.
• Assist in process optimization and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments.
• Support compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Demonstrate a strong awareness of quality and meticulous work ethic.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality control or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Excellent teamwork and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Fluent in German, with good English skills being a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with ERP systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Certifications related to quality control.
