About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor - Warehouse (Remote) to lead our quality assurance initiatives at Paris Brothers. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with food safety standards and maintaining product integrity across our warehouse operations. You will collaborate with various teams to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily warehouse QA activities to ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Oversee receiving inspections, product condition verification, and compliance verification.
  • Manage hold and release programs for inbound and outbound products.
  • Conduct routine internal audits of warehouse operations to maintain high standards.
  • Support and verify warehouse-related Preventive Controls programs in alignment with FSMA requirements.
  • Maintain recall and traceability systems to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Train warehouse personnel on GMPs and food safety standards.
  • Develop and report warehouse quality KPIs to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of quality assurance experience in food distribution or manufacturing.
  • HACCP certification required; PCQI certification preferred.
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks (FDA FSMA; SQF preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in various temperature environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQF Practitioner.
  • Knowledge of inventory rotation methods (FIFO/FEFO).
  • Relevant food safety certifications.
