Quality Assurance Manager - Remote at Crypto.com
About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. In this remote position, you will lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and comply with industry standards. You will play a crucial role in the design and development of scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and quality plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and automation testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle.
- Define QA metrics, monitor test coverage, defect rates, and test execution to measure quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive the adoption and improvement of test automation frameworks and tools to accelerate testing cycles and improve accuracy.
- Establish and enforce standard testing methodologies, policies, and documentation best practices.
- Manage QA resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Requirements
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency application testing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese.
Nice to Have
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Familiarity with security testing methodologies.
- Experience in agile development environments.
