About the Role

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our remote team at Fueled. As a Quality Assurance Engineer remote position, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our digital products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will work on unique projects for high-priority clients, contributing to the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead QA strategy to guarantee high-quality digital releases and minimize post-launch defects.
• Proactively identify risks and validate functionality across various devices and browsers.
• Integrate QA throughout the development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and project management teams.
• Refine tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance efficiency and testing consistency.
• Align QA strategy with project goals, timelines, and budgets to support successful client outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong manual QA fundamentals with experience in creating clear test plans and structured test cases.
• Proficiency in identifying defects and documenting clear reproduction steps.
• Comfortable validating complex digital experiences across multiple browsers and devices.
• Excellent communication skills for writing actionable bug tickets and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Ability to manage QA across multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like BrowserStack for cross-platform testing.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
