About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Associate II, you will perform business support and technical work, utilizing your data organizing and coordination skills to enhance our operational processes.

What You'll Do

• Perform tasks based on established procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Review current processes and identify trends to improve service delivery.
• Evaluate workflow tools to run reports and assess performance standards.
• Coach Level 1 auditors on sampling techniques and business process knowledge.
• Interact with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and performance standards.
