Property Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our team at Smart Property Group. This Property Manager role offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties remotely, ensuring high standards of service and tenant satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the leasing of assigned properties, ensuring they are occupied and maintained to high standards.
• Conduct property inspections and manage tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, authorities, and external service providers.
• Implement rent adjustments and manage the financial aspects of property management.
• Utilize various ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to streamline operations.
• Work independently while being a proactive team player, ready to ask questions and seek support when needed.
• Participate in regular team events and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in real estate management.
• Proven experience in property management with a strong service orientation.
• Ability to work methodically and independently, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
