Property Management Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and engaged Property Management Specialist to join our Central Services team. This remote opportunity allows you to support the professional management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high data quality and effective communication with stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Central Services team with the management of property transitions and overall mandates.
• Prepare relevant documents, data, and documentation in a structured manner.
• Support the creation and review of heating, additional, and communal cost statements in close collaboration with property management and accounting.
• Communicate effectively with authorities and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct property viewings independently with owner representatives and third parties when necessary.
• Contribute actively to the development and improvement of workflows and standards with your own ideas.

Requirements

• Experience in property management or real estate accounting with a relevant educational background (commercial training, further education in property management is a plus).
• Integrity, responsibility, and being a true team player.
• Self-initiative and the ability to work independently, engaged, and solution-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain oversight in hectic situations.
• High service orientation and proficiency in German; knowledge of French or Italian is advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile working and flexible working hours.
