Project Manager - Remote Role in FinTech

About the Role

Join Mesh as a Project Manager remote and play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize payments with any asset. At Mesh, we are bridging the gap between tokenized assets and everyday commerce, making crypto payments reliable and ubiquitous. As a Project Manager remote, you will be the operational backbone of our most complex customer integrations, ensuring that our strategic customers receive the highest level of service.

What You'll Do

• Drive the Log: You will be the ultimate owner of the deployment timeline, maintaining clarity on all dependencies and holding teams accountable.
• Enable Engineering Velocity: Transform project milestones into precise, organized tickets for developers, ensuring they have what they need to build without distraction.
• Coordinate the Pod: Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager and Product Manager to ensure that work is sequenced, assigned, and delivered on time.
• High Leverage & Automation: Optimize and automate your operational workflows using modern tools like AI, Zapier, and advanced Jira automations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS, fintech, or technical software startup.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and ownership of outcomes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a technical, API-first environment with the ability to translate project phases into actionable tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation tools and scripting.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in a startup environment.
