About the Role

We invite you to join the team at UAB "LTG Link" as a Project Manager focusing on procurement. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to achieve high results while adhering to our core values. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement of goods and services, ensuring that our operations align with the company's goals and annual plans. This position allows you to work remotely while contributing to a strategically important company in Lithuania.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the procurement of assigned goods and services, including spare parts and repairs.
  • Organize procurement processes in line with the company's objectives and annual plans.
  • Analyze technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with employees from other functions on both technical and operational matters.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, participating in key negotiation processes to achieve quality results that meet all parties' expectations.
  • Engage in projects related to managed procurements, providing insights and feedback.
  • Analyze supply markets, trends, dynamics, and new opportunities to enhance procurement strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain management (experience with public procurement is a plus).
  • A higher education degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken, at least at B1 level.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Experience in project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of procurement software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This Project Manager role offers a competitive salary ranging from €2,430.00 to €3,640.00 (before taxes), with the specific salary being offered based on experience and competencies.
