• Lead project planning and execution from kickoff to go-live as a Project Manager - Healthcare Technology.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, enhancing client experience.

• Manage project risks and proactively mitigate issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Participate in the financial aspects of projects, ensuring budget adherence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Client-focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of specialty workflows is advantageous.
