About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead a team of BDRs focused on outbound excellence.
- Deliver hands-on coaching and feedback to improve outreach quality.
- Build scalable outbound prospecting programs.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align pipeline expectations.
- Partner with Marketing for lead flow and demand generation.
- Ensure effective use of Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and team activity visibility.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- 2+ years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams.
- Strong outbound leadership and cold calling experience.
- A strategic thinker aligning BDR efforts with commercial goals.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
