About the Role

We're hiring a BDR Manager (German-Speaking) to join our dynamic team at Quadient. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on driving outbound pipeline creation across the DACH region. As a BDR Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales efforts and ensuring that our team excels in outreach quality.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of BDRs focused on outbound excellence.
  • Deliver hands-on coaching and feedback to improve outreach quality.
  • Build scalable outbound prospecting programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align pipeline expectations.
  • Partner with Marketing for lead flow and demand generation.
  • Ensure effective use of Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and team activity visibility.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 2+ years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams.
  • Strong outbound leadership and cold calling experience.
  • A strategic thinker aligning BDR efforts with commercial goals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
