• Manage logistics and scheduling for Devcon 8, ensuring minimal overlap between sessions and optimal room assignments.
• Facilitate communication between speakers and the organizing team, providing support and feedback throughout the year.
• Utilize project management tools like Notion and Google Docs to streamline operations and enhance team collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience in the Ethereum ecosystem, with a solid understanding of its diverse topics and community needs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of addressing various stakeholders effectively.
• Proven track record in event planning or coordination, particularly in the tech or blockchain space.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, especially as the event approaches.

Nice to Have
