Program Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. What You'll Do

• Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Oversee budget management, including forecasting and financial analysis to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies and customer engagement plans.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management or related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and perform financial analysis.
• Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
