Product Owner - Client Onboarding & Customer Success (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Owner - Client Onboarding & Customer Success to join our innovative team. This remote position is based in South Africa and supports stakeholders in the UK and US. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients have a seamless onboarding experience and achieve success from day one.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey from sales handover to go-live.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, supporting early use and best practices.
• Gather and define technical and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth configuration and delivery.
• Test new features and ensure releases are client-ready.
• Feed real client insights back into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or SaaS Implementation specialist.
• A strong track record in customer success, onboarding, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to translate client needs into structured product requirements.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS, Agile environments, or platform-based products is highly advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with product testing and continuous improvement processes.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
