Product Marketing Manager - Ecommerce Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the ecommerce vertical in a fully remote capacity. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the ecommerce strategy from end to end, understanding our ecommerce customers better than anyone else. This role is pivotal in transforming potential customers from 'interested' to 'convinced'.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain sharp, differentiated positioning for GetResponse’s ecommerce offerings.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new ecommerce features, overseeing the entire launch process.
• Own the outbound product communications, ensuring a holistic user journey experience.
• Conduct regular user interviews and market research to gather actionable insights.
• Design and implement ongoing feature adoption campaigns to drive user activation.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create engaging educational materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective messaging reaches users at the right time.
• Be a key player in the intersection of Product, Growth, and Sales, facilitating collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing or product marketing.
• Hands-on familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver marketing programs.
• Experience creating customer-facing content, including webinars and video tutorials.
• Comfortable on camera for educational content.

Nice to Have

• Direct B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• Exposure to email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools.
• Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude, Confluence, or Miro.
