Product Manager - Privacy for Blockchain Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager - Privacy to join the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of blockchain technology. As a Product Manager, you will focus on developing privacy capabilities within the Stellar ecosystem, enhancing the adoption of blockchain solutions. This remote Product Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to equitable access to the global financial system.

What You'll Do

• Develop and own the privacy strategy and roadmap for Stellar, prioritizing features that enhance user privacy.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive the development of privacy prototypes and building blocks.
• Engage with business development to identify and execute key partnerships in the privacy space.
• Conduct product discovery and define requirements for privacy-focused features.
• Work closely with design and ecosystem teams to iterate on privacy solutions that meet user needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in blockchain or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience working with blockchain technologies and privacy solutions.
• Strong passion for building innovative privacy technology.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.

Nice to Have

• Background in financial technologies (fintech).
• Experience with cryptography technologies such as Zero Knowledge (ZK) and Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE).
• Experience in writing and deploying smart contracts.
• Familiarity with Rust and/or Solidity programming languages.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $215,000 based on experience and location.
