About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our offerings and enhancing customer experiences. What You'll Do

• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap to align with business goals.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for engineering teams.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal resource utilization.
• Drive product launches by working with executives and other product management team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry.
• Proven experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong data analytics skills to inform product decisions.
• Ability to conduct market and competitive analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Nice to Have

• Good understanding of online Casino operations.
• Familiarity with responsible gambling regulations (MGA, SGA, DGA, etc.).
