Product Manager - Ground Transport (Remote)

About the Role

We're seeking a Product Manager - Ground Transport (Remote) to join our innovative team at Duffel. As a key player in our mission to revolutionize travel, you will help shape the future of ground transport, focusing on cars and trains. This position allows you to work remotely while leading the development of a groundbreaking API product that simplifies the booking experience for millions.

What You'll Do

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ground Transport, aligning it with Duffel's overall business and product strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and successful adoption.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics, track product performance, and iterate on features based on data, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate in both written and spoken form. Structure your ideas logically, communicate tradeoffs, and explain complex technical concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Execution: Drive execution and get things done, working with your team's engineers and other stakeholders—internal and external—to get a project over the line.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of API development and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience in travel, particularly in cars or trains.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
