About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager - AI Solutions to join Scale AI, a leader in the AI revolution. This remote Product Manager role offers you the opportunity to work with some of the largest companies in the world, unlocking the potential of Generative AI for their businesses. You will play a pivotal role in developing bespoke AI solutions that leverage proprietary data and expertise to transform businesses.

What You'll Do

• Develop enterprise-grade AI solutions that drive business value across various industries.
• Collaborate with executives at Scale and our customers to determine and execute product strategies.
• Own end-to-end product development by understanding customer pain points and defining product requirements.
• Manage development, testing, and launches of AI products.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, operations, marketing, and finance.
• Develop a point of view on turning solutions into repeatable software for commercialization across the industry.

Requirements

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in building ML-powered products, especially in enterprise-facing products.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in enterprise settings.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
• Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
• Some coding experience in Python is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
