About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager - AI-First Technology Organization (Remote) to join our innovative team at Carvana. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of AI-driven products that enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to transform product experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product roadmap and manage end-to-end product development informed by customer research, analytics, and business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, prototyping, and daily execution of product strategies.
• Write clear requirements and project briefs to align stakeholders and facilitate effective engineering execution.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and make informed decisions that drive product success.
• Take ownership of your product area, ensuring accountability for key business outcomes such as sales, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, Finance, Business, Design, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of product management experience for mid-level roles; four or more years for senior-level roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics and tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Looker.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for product development and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to adapt and learn.

Nice to Have

• A genuine passion for AI and its potential to reshape product experiences.
• Experience building AI-driven products, including features powered by machine learning and large language models.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product strategy development.
• Background in automotive, e-commerce, or similar complex operating environments.
