Procurement Operations Analyst - Remote Opportunity at BRF

About the Role

Join BRF as a Procurement Operations Analyst and take your career to new heights in a remote capacity. As a key player in one of the largest food companies in the world, you will support end-to-end procurement operations across MENA and Türkiye.

What You'll Do

• Process and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules via SAP/Ariba.
• Ensure accuracy of vendor master data and source lists.
• Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with Finance and suppliers.
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain up-to-date supplier records.
• Assist in contract lifecycle processes, including creation, review, and archiving.
• Act as the main contact point for internal users on procurement processes, tools, and policies.
• Provide guidance and basic training to internal stakeholders when needed.
• Collaborate with Procurement teams and all relevant departments across MENA and Türkiye.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and risk guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of procurement tools (SAP is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Nice to Have

• Experience with procurement analytics tools.
• Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in procurement.
