Procurement Manager - Remote Role at Bloomreach

About the Role

Bloomreach is seeking a Procurement Manager remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming procurement processes into a strategic enabler for our business. You will leverage cutting-edge AI technologies and automation tools to enhance our procurement operations, ensuring that Bloomreachers receive what they need, when they need it.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a seamless and competitive procurement experience by supporting the global intake lifecycle.
• Drive operational velocity by maintaining best-in-class turnaround times (TAT) to provide a competitive edge.
• Lead high-impact negotiations for global contracts, securing favorable terms while empowering teams to move faster.
• Manage and maintain our suite of procurement tools, including ZIP, Vendr, Spendhound, and DocuSign.
• Utilize automation solutions like Zapier and N8N to streamline manual steps in the procurement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the company’s risk appetite for various spend categories.
• Identify new ways to collect and analyze spend data using tools like NetSuite and Spendhound.
• Present performance insights to leadership, demonstrating procurement’s value as a strategic enabler.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a focus on automation.
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, N8N, or other automation solutions.
• Strong interest in using LLMs (Claude, Gemini) to solve complex challenges.
• Experience negotiating SaaS and professional services contracts in a global environment.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Proven experience with ZIP or similar intake-to-orchestration platforms.
