About the Role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team remotely, leading real improvements in an industrial plant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence decisions and generate a direct impact on production.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and optimize production processes in the plant.
  • Prepare and monitor productivity reports and KPIs to support management.
  • Lead and coordinate meetings across various departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Lead improvement projects at both local and global levels.
  • Support production incidents by conducting root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams in an international environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an industrial or production environment.
  • High level of English (you will work in an international setting).
  • Experience in data analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Analytical, proactive profile with leadership capabilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Previous experience in international projects.
