About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Remote to lead our cross-functional teams and drive the successful execution of complex technical projects. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Utilize agile methodologies to drive project execution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure, with a solid grasp of service management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a SaaS or FinTech environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI integration and site reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and product security principles.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP).
