Contract Business Controller - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Contract Business Controller to join Honda, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital transformation initiatives. This Contract Business Controller remote position offers flexibility in your working hours while ensuring that you contribute to the success of Honda's IT projects and services.

What You'll Do

• Invoicing European entities for delivered IT services.
• Processing monthly IT costs and conducting month-end processing activities.
• Creating monthly budget vs actual spending analysis reports for management.
• Generating purchase orders, checking, and approving invoices to ensure procurement governance compliance.
• Preparing monthly reports following the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) method.
• Ensuring all contracts for outsourced software and services are signed and up to date.
• Managing hardware, software, and cloud asset lifecycles.
• Maintaining accurate asset records aligned with financial and contractual data.

Requirements

• Ability to translate business goals into technical and service specifications.
• A formal background in finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information and under pressure.
• Quality-minded with a focus on detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT cost management.
• Familiarity with Coupa.
