Principal Product Manager - Remote Role in Civic Healthcare

About the Role

Bellese Technologies is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our mission-driven team in the civic healthcare sector. This remote Principal Product Manager role focuses on leading strategy for our distributed teams that support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare technology while making a meaningful impact on public health outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product strategy and vision for systems that support the Hospital Quality Reporting program at CMS.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate high-level goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and mentor product staff to enhance product management practices.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth within the program and support company-wide business development initiatives.
• Utilize human-centered design and agile delivery methodologies to modernize healthcare systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Principal Product Manager role or equivalent.
• Exceptional command of written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Deep understanding of the consulting mindset and experience working with executive partners.
• Proven track record of owning long-term product vision and strategy across complex programs.
• Experience in federal consulting or a highly regulated industry is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, such as FHIR or value-based care initiatives.
• Prior experience working directly with CMS or similar federal health agencies.
• Experience with quality reporting and public-facing healthcare transparency programs.
