What You'll Do

  • Lead the design strategy for preconstruction experiences, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in experience design, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
  • Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the construction or architecture industry.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
