Senior Business Analyst - HR Technology Solutions

About the Role

Join JetBrains as a Senior Business Analyst in HR Technology, where you will help shape the future of our internal HR solutions. This remote role allows you to work closely with product managers, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience.

What You'll Do

• Partner with HR teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders, ensuring diverse perspectives are captured.
• Consolidate inputs into structured business requirements and user stories for product and engineering teams.
• Analyze current HR processes and data flows, creating visual diagrams of workflows and integrations.
• Work with product managers to design future-state solutions, including low-fidelity prototypes and UX concepts.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and systems, including requirements and user guides.
• Define and track key product metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR technology solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of new HR tools and platforms, managing integrations between HR systems.

Requirements

• Mid- to senior-level experience as a business analyst or product manager, ideally with internal products.
• Experience with HR technology projects or internal tools is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and payroll.
• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements and mapping processes.
• Proficiency with prototyping and diagramming tools.
• Basic understanding of software development and system architecture.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across functions.
• Working proficiency in English.

• Experience with SaaS HR systems and custom in-house tools.
• Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
