About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Delivery Leader - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize your financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements effectively.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success.
• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and inclusivity among project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis and AI tools to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development.
• Work on impactful projects that shape communities and contribute to environmental sustainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in environmental consulting or related fields.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and contract management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and utilize AI tools for project enhancement.
• Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in HVAC design or data center engineering.
• Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and traffic engineering.
• Familiarity with environmental project management and remediation processes.
