About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Manager - Digital Print Operations to join our team at BR Printers. This role is pivotal in leading our digital print and distribution center in Hebron, Kentucky. As a Plant Manager, you will oversee all operations, ensuring that safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently met. You will be part of a collaborative team that values quality and craftsmanship, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the print industry.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations across digital print production, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality outputs.
  • Develop and execute production schedules aligned with customer commitments and plant capacity.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards.
  • Manage a team of supervisors and managers, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
  • Utilize data to drive decisions and improve operational processes continuously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, to align operational capabilities with customer needs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the plant operating budget and participate in capacity planning discussions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, print, or operations.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to manage performance effectively.
  • Experience leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Preferred experience in digital print or high-speed production environments.
