What You'll Do

• Act as the right and left hand of the planner, overseeing drivers on the road.
• Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, addressing any issues that arise during their routes.
• Facilitate communication between drivers and customers, providing timely updates on logistics.
• Review and adjust planned schedules in collaboration with the planner as needed.
• Gradually take on full planning assignments, allowing for independent work as you grow in the role.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach to ensure efficient transport processes.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions when plans do not go as expected.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate involved parties towards appropriate solutions.
• Prior experience in logistics or planning is a plus but not mandatory.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
