What You'll Do

• Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the store and dispensary.
• Oversee dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Provide professional patient counseling and complete patient care solutions.
• Supervise Interns, Student Pharmacists, and Dispensary Assistants.
• Support and develop new business strategies in pharmacy best practices.

Requirements

• Qualified Pharmacist with valid AHPRA registration.
• Experience in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercially astute with business acumen and attention to detail.
• Collaborative leadership capabilities with demonstrated interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with pharmacy management systems.
