Performance Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to join our innovative team at Lucida AI. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to lead user acquisition strategies for our AI-powered communication platform, which is transforming language learning. You will play a crucial role in driving growth through data-driven marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute global user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention to ensure profitable growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously run experiments to improve efficiency and scale.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Identify new growth opportunities across markets, channels, and audiences.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend across channels to maximize profitable growth.
• Work closely with product and analytics teams to improve attribution, tracking, and funnel performance.
• Monitor industry trends and test new marketing platforms and strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or Apple Search Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with marketing data and performance metrics.
• Deep understanding of mobile app growth and subscription business models.
• Experience optimizing campaigns based on LTV, CAC, ROAS, and retention metrics.
• Experience with attribution tools, mobile analytics platforms, or MMPs is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage marketing budgets and scale campaigns efficiently.
• Strong collaboration skills when working with product, data, and creative teams.
